Galveston Housing Plus exists to create a transitional housing community of care, equity, and renewal.
WHat we do
Founded in 2024, Galveston Housing Plus is a nonprofit dedicated to providing safe, low-barrier transitional housing and wrap-around supportive services to help individuals permanently exit homelessness in Galveston. Operating out of our 18-unit residential facility, we offer up to two years of stable housing paired with individualized case management, healthcare, and employment assistance. We provide more than a temporary roof by equipping our residents with the resources, life skills, and community networks they need to build a stable and thriving future.
